3. How to Return an Item

- Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the product back.
4. Refunds
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return, refund, or replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Delivery Costs
For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return delivery costs. However, if your return is due to an error on our part (such as damaged goods or incorrect items), we will cover the return delivery costs.
